The ArtMares Art Opening, spanning the entire length of HallowEast - October 28-31, with a special reception/block party to close out HallowEast on the 31st from 6-9 PM on Elizabeth Street, promises to be a howling  celebration of art and horror on the corner of Washington and Elizabeth Streets (1598 Washington Street, E.)  East End Main Street is proud to officially announce the artists who will display and sell their horror-themed pieces during HallowEast.  The ghoulishly grand list of artists is as follows:
